A b o u t " Y o "
Yolande Kneuer is the consummate entertainment professional. Whether singing the National Anthem to capacity crowds of 50,000 or simply entertaining an intimate gathering of family, friends and guests, she delivers a spectacular performance every time.

Yolande was literally born to entertain audiences. Her father was the staff Composer and Arranger for the United States Air Force Headquarters Band in Washington D.C. Her mother is a professional Singer & Songwriter. With this inherited gene pool, Yolande didn't have much of a choice about where her heart would lie.

Recording the children's gospel classic "Jesus Loves Me" at the age of two and performing it live on the grounds of the Washington Monument at the age of four, Yolande has been singing and entertaining crowds since she could talk!
​
After earning a BS degree from George Mason University in Fairfax Virginia, Yolande quickly put her amateur status to rest and began performing in the beltway area. In addition to club work, "Yo" also spent time in New York, Nashville and Los Angeles pursuing her singing career.
​
It was in 1993 that Yolande decided to relocate to Atlanta, Georgia, the fourth largest music industry center in the nation. She quickly earned the reputation as one of the city's most premier entertainers.
